PAUTH Terms of Service
Application name: PAUTH
These Terms govern use of the PAUTH identity and access management application operated by our organization. By using PAUTH you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of the service
PAUTH provides authentication (Passkey / WebAuthn, optional Google OAuth, optional Microsoft OAuth) and OpenID Connect (OIDC) single sign-on for internal applications.
2. Accounts and access
- PAUTH does not offer open public self-registration; accounts are provisioned by administrators.
- Accounts are for authorized users only; credentials must not be shared.
- Users must safeguard devices and credentials. Passkey private keys are never readable by administrators in plaintext.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use PAUTH for unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing activity;
- probe, scan, or bypass security controls without authorization;
- upload malware or content intended to harm the service;
- interfere with the integrity or performance of PAUTH.
4. Third-party services
PAUTH may rely on Google OAuth, Microsoft OAuth, and hosting providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
5. Availability
PAUTH is provided “as is”. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance with or without notice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PAUTH and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of PAUTH after changes constitutes acceptance.
